Typically... governing agencies come up with the wrong solution to a given problem. There wouldn't be the need for more food at the kitchens and food banks or beds at shelters if the client population was merely reduced. Contributing to the various problems is that some of the former donors are now clients! Where are these increasing numbers of homeless population coming from? Who are they? And who will be the next in the increasing numbers!?? |

It's the Economy Stupid!?Housing has always been the largest, and the most compelling household (and business) expense! The increases in housing costs have exceeded far beyond any increase in average or below average incomes extremely during the past 20 years. |
What were they Thinking!!? It is not appropriate to blame all the homeless, just for being homeless!!.... Anymore than making it a crime for just being a victim of Katrina!? Those with inappropriate behavior, behaved inappropriately before becoming homeless. Equally inappropriate are the newly created laws that are creating additional hardships, and violating Civil Rights, just as |
 the U.S. 9th District Court of Appeals has ruled!!... on April 14, 2006, that by arresting homeless people, has criminalized the status of homelessness by making it a crime to be homeless and is in violation of the 8th Amendment! |

Homelessness Perpetuates Itself!!
